CRM Business Mail - Activities Management

 

Activity Manager:

This version got a complete new Activity-Manager. You can now create all Logs & Tasks also directly within the Activity-Manager. The corresponding documents and also the respective calendar schedules will be created automatically. Clicking the disclosure button of an activity list entry will direct you to the respective document.


 

Scheduler for activity history

with this scheduler you'll get an overview of all your activities planned for a specific date. You can select a specific date in the calendar view on the left side. This view will also indicate if an action is outstanding.

 

The activity history can be used as a global overview for all customers and for a specific customer.
