CRM Business Notes 4 - the Customer feedback


Fetching a customer feedback and adding it as an attachment to your event document helps you to compare your performance trends a period of time.


 

Move the sliders for the respective category to evaluate customer's feedback. Using the comment button allows to add specific comments of ToDos, descriptions or explanation.

 

You can also customize the categories. Tap inside a category and define your category within the appearing inputfield.

 

Hint: be aware of the global impact of such changes. Categories are save only one time on a global basis. Prior feedbacks will appear also with this new categories.
